OBTAIN
A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
If you are on regular medication you may order your repeat prescription by
either contacting the surgery on 01389 811863 or by completing a request form
and putting it in the prescription box at the reception desk.
Telephone requests for prescriptions are available 24 hours a day. Please provide the full details on the answering machine when the practice is closed.
Prescriptions will be ready for collection in two working days or you can arrange for your regular chemist to collect the prescription for you.
HOW DO I.... OBTAIN
TEST RESULTS?
The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person whom they relate to, unless that person has given prior permission for the release of the results or they are not capable of understanding the results.
Please contact the surgery for result after 2.00pm.
